Whilst preparing and making my films with my fellow peers, I had to use a variety of technology to help me do so, the multiple types of technology are; YouTube, Prezi, Blogger,
Final Cut, Photoshop, Google and Survey Monkey.
Whilst preparing for the make of my horror film, I planned it out step by step on Prezi with my group, by using Mis en scene: costume, location, setting, props and lighting. Then wrote about the problems that might occur when trying to create the horror film with everything else we had planned out as we as getting feedback from our fellow peers on how to improve. This is one type of technology that was used in the process.
When first starting the course I had to create a blog, where I put up all the research and preparation, I had done in the making of the horror film and before, I would put links to the practice task we was asked to do such as 'Animatic or with photo's as well as short clips such as 'The Jelly Baby Experiment'.
YouTube was one of the most common technologies used throughout the entire process, I uploaded all different types of filming that was used for practice when working out how to use the camera and multiple types of techniques for effect on an audience such as; 'Animatic, Preliminary Task and White Eyed Possession'.
When researching a good horror film we was asked to create a survey using Survey Monkey to ask people that we know a vary of questions on what they thought a good horror film was to helps us understand how to make our successful.
For Final Cut Pro, we used to for the hardest parts throughout the course we used it to edit our horror film and we used it to help put our animatic together whilst adding a voice over of Non-diegetic and Ambient sound. Another time it was used was when creating our first ever film shot of our Preliminary Task.
We used Google for many different thins one of the main things it was used for was to research Film Industry new and other things based around Film Industry. Also we used it for other types of research for the film and pictures.
